COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY (CASHES) POLICY STATEMENT

We are strongly committed to sound CASHES-Q practices in all aspects of our business. This is to
prevent injury and protect all employees and subcontractors from work hazards and occupational
diseases in the execution of their responsibilities. The corporate policy statements that have been duly endorsed by the directors of the company and signed by the managing director explicitly states that: “BAYSCOM ENERGY LTD employees are responsible for protecting the Environment, Health, Safety and Security of her workers, Customers, Contractors and the Community in which she does business according to this policy”.

The management of Bayscom Energy Limited recognize the nature of operations both in Oil and
Oil related works and the adverse consequences of its failure to observe, check, and control if not
completely eliminated, the acts and conditions that could result in accidents or incidents.

The Company’s policy was based on Community Affairs, Safety, Health, Environment & Security (CASHES) which strives to;

1). Comply and implement all health, safety, re and environmental laws & CASHES policies without regards to degree of enforcement.
2). Establish and maintain relevant standard engineering practices and risk management techniques to ensure responsible health, safety and environmental practice.
3). Integrate incident-free safety culture into all its operations.
4). Formulate and integrate community, safety, fire, health, environment and security protection into every aspects of its operations.

Under the frame work of this policy, our company strives to instill in staff and its sub-contractors a high degree of personal hygiene at all times, implement work procedures that are free from health risks, with well-equipped First Aid Boxes backups.

The company seeks to work on the principle that all injuries should be prevented and actively promote amongst all those associated with its activities, the high standards of safety consciousness and discipline that this principle demands.
